alright, i need a really good photoshop/picture editor. i need the following -background blurring -discoloration -black and white/sepia -sun glare just a really good one if i think it is really good then you get ten pts. thanx it needs to be free

4. im not sure if its free but many computers come with adobe photoshop and my friends and i use that on anime alot and its really good just takes patience
5. I agree that Photoshop is best but unfortunately it's not free and cost quite a bit. I used Gimp before I had Photoshop. Out of all the other programs available for free, I found it to be the best.
