Online Photo Editor

Is there a good free online photo editor?

What I'm looking for is a free photo editor where I can upload my picture make changes to it, like make myself slimmer and other changes to make it look better. I don't want to down load anything I just want to see it on the screen and then save it. Also I was wondering if there is a free online program where I can insert my head into another body. Normal pictures, nothing funny or weird. I am doing this for a photo collage wall hanging and any information is appreciated.
