Online Photo Editor

photo editor?

I am looking for a photo editor called 'Photo!Editor' I have searched google and yahoo but with no luck.... my friend downloaded it and can't remember where she got it. Please help me out!

1. its called microsoft photo editor it comes with microsoft office
2. well photoshop works just as good.
3. if its anything like a knockoff of photoshop, try GIMP. www.gimp.com its the same thing

I have tried and tested several.. you can read others opinons of them also. I have used PhotoFiltre, Photo! Editor, The GIMP... and find each one useful.
