Online Photo Editor

Photo editor?

What is a good free photo editor that I can download online. I see everyone making their pics look so fun and I want to do that with some of mine. I have seen ones that are like a poloroid and other really neat fun ideas and I want to know if there is some editor that I can download so I can do that! If you know of anything please let me know! Thanks!!!

Its has all the features of photoshop (in my opinion), 100% less price (its a free download) can save in different types of images (eg. gif, jpeg, png etc), has the option of plug ins. It has everything youll need. Do a google search and youll find it :) good luck, Happy editing
3. Why don't you just go and buy a photo editor at best buy or something? I spent $30 and got a corell photoshop program and it's great for simple photoshop edits.
